Your Journey

How We Work

Everybody's journey at Think & Feel is unique, but each begins with a phone call and a chat.

This is a chance for you to see what we're all about and to see if we're a match. There is no obligation to move forwards from here, and this chat is free.

If you are happy to move forward, we start to figure out what will work best for you.

This might mean we look at outdoor therapy if you are located within Cornwall (or in easy reach).

It might be that we host a session online.

We can also arrange to meet up in a safe place indoors; this is up to you, and we are happy to be guided by you. We want you to feel comfortable at every turn.

Perhaps we decide that group sessions are a good route. Or that you may be best booking one session, or a few.

But first, we start with a chat. And see how that goes...

01.
knowledge, direction, support

Our Individual Sessions run as a 1:1, either outside, or inside in a safe and comfortable location for you.

For those in or near Cornwall, we aim to host our sessions outdoors where possible. Being outside in the elements can encourage the stimulation of our senses. Time in nature can help us to find a better sense of calm.

Face to face is about prioritising the big pains to help lift the heaviness. We will go at your own pace and work to help you to understand your behaviours and feelings.

02.
knowledge, direction, support

No matter where you are in the world,  you can access our services online.  Our Online Sessions run as a 1:1, the location is up to you, wherever you feel safe and can spend some time on yourself.

Online allows us again to prioritise the big pains to help lift the heaviness. We will go at your own pace and work to help you to understand your behaviours and feelings.

03.
supportive connections, education, wellness

Our 12-week group program includes private Group Therapy for up to 8 individuals.

The sessions will run as twelve, accountable, weekly group sessions of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The first hour will allow us to check in and focus on a weekly, topical learning activity.

The remaining half hour will be a walk, splash in the sea, stroll in the woods... whatever makes us feel better.

The Group Therapy gives us a toolbox of strategies that we can share with our friends and family and allows outside wellness and supportive connection.
